We do not issue refunds for digital products. You will have immediate access once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.
All sales are final. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
Audits and 1on1 coaching sessions: All registrations are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule please do so at least 24 hour before your appointment.
You are allowed to reschedule 1 time.
If you No-call No Show you will NOT be allowed to reschedule and you forfeit the amount paid for the session.
